Saisonale, regionale bzw. nachhaltige Küche haben für uns eine ganz besondere Bedeutung.
Apfelsaft, Beeren und Gemüse stammen zu einem großen Teil aus unserer naturlandzertifizierten Landwirtschaft. Auch beim Fleisch achten wir stringent auf das Wohlbefinden der Tiere, welche in artgerechter Haltung als Boeuf de Hohenlohe oder als Schwäbisch Hallisches Freilandschwein aufwachsen.
